I would love to be able to make an appointment as a new patient but every time I call I'm transferred from one secretary to the next then finally get dumped into a voicemail where surprise, surprise no one returns my calls. I've also requested appointments online with no return call.

After being seen and not happy with the diagnosis in the ER. I called per the ER referral and was seen by Ben Gardner 4 hours later! From first phone call to check out this was by far the BEST orthopaedic practice I've ever encountered.
