Everything so far has been up to par until I saw a mouse in my apartment. I was not expecting to see any rodents with the amount of rent I am paying. Otherwise all my other concerns which haven’t been many have been handled in a timely manner.
Great convenient location next to schools shopping parks, only apartment complex in the area with in-apartment washer/dryer, roomy layout, dog tolerant, great maintenance staff----Bad? Rent goes up and up and up annually doesn't keep up with your salary increases, rent doesn't include extra fees for water, sewer, trash pickup, extra fees for what they call "free" amenities like dog park, playground, and Xfinity internet, even charge 4 dollars to pay your rent on their website, they won't except a check or money order deliver... read more
People very disrespectful. Play loud music and talk real load until 4am in the morning. Apartment next to me slams door real loud when coming and going which I believe he does on purpose. Drinking and smoking in front of building. Feeding animals that are roaming around who are not there pets.
