I love my apartment and some of my neighbors. The weed smoke and smell is a bit overwhelming and the dog feces in the grass is a bit much. The lady keeps the buildings smelling good and clean.

She is very professional and friendly at the same time and that’s how she turned my not so happy experience into a much happy experience. I was giving up but she managed to turn my frown into a smile. She is a gem and you should be proud of having such a positive person on you team ❤️
