Tour and community waanice but leasing manager Adele lied to me and refused to work with me even though my tenant report said I met the property management criteria. Just do what you say you're going to do. Plus talking to me like I'm beneth you isn't helpful. I know people call all the time but if my background checks out and my credit is good, why would I want to mess it up now? I guess the reviews of not being timely is true. Mike and his maintenance crew did an awesome job fixing my broken pipe. Very on time and got the job done very well.
They increased my rent entire 100 dollars during my lease renewal. The associated cost such as amenities and utilities makes my rent a little harder to manage. I love my apartment and some of my neighbors. The weed smoke and smell is a bit overwhelming and the dog feces in the grass is a bit much. The lady keeps the buildings smelling good and clean.
