They increased my rent entire 100 dollars during my lease renewal. The associated cost such as amenities and utilities makes my rent high and a little harder to manage. I love my apartment and some of my neighbors. The weed smoke and smell is a bit overwhelming and the dog feces in the grass is a bit much. They lady keeps the smelling good and clean.
Ms Adele is everything you would look for in a property manager. She is very professional and friendly at the same time and that’s how she turned my not so happy experience into a much happy experience. I was giving up but she managed to turn my frown into a smile. She is a gem and you should be proud of having such a positive person on you team ❤️

Mike from maintenance did a wonderful job help getting the parking lot clean after the snow. He even took the time to shovel out those in need. Greatly appreciated!!!
