Jay Flock worked with my grandma to find our home, in the phelps Clifton springs area. He was very nice and friendly. We looked at many homes he was very helpful and i would recommend him to anybody.
Veiwed a home in Farmington being sold by this group. Asking $75,000 for a home with clear water damage from the upstairs bathroom. Also has standing water in the basement of at least 2 feet! Just shows the 'quality' they arrive for, none!
I called David from NM to ask about a property he had listed. I told him we were relocating and interested in a property I had seen online. He was rude and unhelpful. His response was he gets 50 to 100 calls a day about this property and it was something that I just have to go see myself.
