Great apartments. Wall A/C and baseboard heating; laundry is in a separate building. The owner Jill is an outstanding person and is very helpful and attentive with the apartments and communication. I lived here for about a year and 3 months and during that time there were many small upgrades and newsletter updates about the apartments. I never had any problems with the apartments, the management or the other tenants.
