Townsware are a wonderful company. Of the staff is knowledgeable and great to deal with. All of the technicians are very knowledge and thorough they make sure that all issues are resolved before leaving the site. Great Company hope to have a long standing relationship with them.
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the new computer you built for me. I am very happy with its speed. I no longer have to wait forever for my graphic and audio applications. Boot up takes a few seconds, and working with them has been excellent, especially with Photoshop. I have cut my weekly photo processing time from an hour down to about 10-15 minutes with the macros I wrote. Townsware Computers is a gem of a company. My home computer had issues and on a tip from a friend, I called Townsware which is located 5 minutes from my home. Scott, the technician, was wonderful. Professional and patient, he fixed my computer issues, and listened carefully to my questions and concerns. He educated me on things I had no clue of, and provided me with information on what to do to keep my computer "secure."
