After contacting another Company first, who didn't come back with a quote .I went into their showroom ,and was warmly greeted and assisted .The quote was on time and the workmanship first class. Highly recommend them to anyone
Absolutely appalling experience. We paid for joinery six months ago, with installation promised in January. It’s now May, and after multiple no-shows and lies, they cancelled again on the morning of the scheduled install. We had everything prepped! Doors removed and they’ve left our space vulnerable to the weather with zero accountability. The service has been unreliable, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. Avoid this company at all costs.
Poor quality products, terrible customer service, and extremely long wait times with terrible communication
Took 3 grand and ran without installing my back screen correctly, have rang multiple times over several weeks and there’s always an excuse. The only time they bother to show up and fix it is when they know nobody will be home. Save your money, time and stress. I’ve given on these clowns and will find someone else to fix their mistakes.
