Called in to get advice 1900kls from home with a issue created by the last installers incompetence! These young men went above and beyond what could be considerd normal customer service by not only diagnoseing the problem and repairing but also their follow up instuctions and advice to contact them the following day is outstanding customer service and care. Good prices
I required a very quick replacement of my battery as it died without notice. From when I called Townsville Wholesale Batteries to when Craig (the technician) arrived, was approximately just over an hour! The price was amazing and the service outstanding. Would definitely recommend this business and will use them again in the future if required.
Staff were great to deal with, gave me a good price on a victron charger.
