Had a small s rape on a mudguard. Looked these guys up because of their reviews. Took car to show them. Office and workshop and staff no frills but practical. Was given a very reasonable quote. Dropped car off by 8.30am, was ready early afternoon. Pleased with result, would recommend & go again- though hopefully won't have to.
Would never recommend extremely poor service.
I never had such a disrespectful phone call with a body repair place ever. I called to ask how much would they charge me for painting a front left door and I hear some comments on the back and laughs only for them to ask me again to repeat what I just said. Mocking clients is never a way. The name of the person who talked to me on the phone was Paige. Simply horrible. I haven't booked my car in yet (next week hopefully!) but wanted to add to the existing 84 five star reviews for this business. I called in unannounced late in the afternoon and was warmly welcomed by Ali. Absolutely fabulous customer service. He inspected my vehicle and printed off a detailed quote while we were having a lovely conversation. Extremely happy with the cost of the repair and the quick turnaround to getting my car fixed. The left quarter panel had two deep scratches and a huge dent, other panel beaters either lied to me about my car being a pearl colour or couldn't fit my car in for 3 months. Townsville mini cost fit me in a week later and took 4 days to complete the repair! This is the second car I've had repaired here and will continue to come back if I need a repair in the future
