Had a great experience in the clinic today. Was quick and effective. Triage nurse and doctor were both fantastic.
Had a very good experience at the urgent care clinic today (public holiday). Dr Syed offered a very patient centred consult. He listened and was very approachable when we had questions about our little boy. Very much appreciate the service that was offered today!
Doesn't deserve even one star. Went there on Sunday with suspected chest infection, short of breath, wheezing. The rude staff told me it was a GP problem and to wait 2 days to make an appointment with GP. Turns out I had a severe post viral asthma attack. So they told me basically to go away whilst in respiratory distress, not only bad service but Negligent.
