Showed up with a kidney infection. Was told my triage it “couldn’t be” a kidney infection (excruciating back pain). Had been 5 days on nurofen and told to go buy more and take more even with it still in my system. I was then told they can’t give me anything “stronger” and implied I’m some drug seeker! I was diagnosed with a severe kidney infection (shock and awe!). Rude even when you’re disgustingly polite and should be entirely avoided. Got better treatment at ED.

I visisted urgent care for the first time last week. For my young son who had injured his arm at vacation care. Upon arriving and waiting in line. It was our turn to go up to the counter. The nurse who greeted us. Leaned over and was asking my young son what had happened. I went to answer for him, as his mother. Walked in, filled in paperwork for 5 minutes, time for one cup of water and my name was called. Dr was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable. Best service ever. Place was clean, tidy and empty.
