Great people, great service.
The team at Townsville Mazda have gone above and beyond to repair my Bt 50 following a major breakdown (engine failure). With no notice they accepted my vehice, diagnosed the problem, had the repairs approved by Mazda, ordered the parts and completed the repairs in less than three weeks. I was given updates as needed. All staff were courteous and friendly. Five stars from me.
The service at Mazsa was great, however being bombarded with daily reminders to leave a review is not. Unhappy customer
