We've had several different experiences with Jaguar Townsville but all had one common denominator; poor service, lack of knowledge and they don't answer the phone or return calls. Extremely frustrating trying to arrange repairs for our Jaguar F Pace. We have recently purchased the new Lexus GX550 to replace our vehicle because the sales team over looked our casual dress code to provide a higher service to people dressed "fancy" when we already owned a Jaguar and were looking to upgrade.
