“DO NOT BUY”. Worst Dealership Ever !!!!!! Buy a new car cheaper online Had my MUX for 150 days + No accountability, disgraceful customer service and excuses and shortfalls in warranty and parts. Did you know - they don’t have replacement motors in Australia???? The warranty is a facade, the servicing department is a joke and the management are full of excuses. Do your research…… GO ANYWHERE ELSE - worst experience ever

Very disappointed with my experience at Isuzu Townsville. Was told my new MUX would arrive in 2 weeks, even after changing the colour to suit their stock, but no car and no clear update. I ended up purchasing from Rockhampton instead. Interestingly, I got the same parts through the Townsville service centre for significantly less (over $1000) than what the townsville sales team originally quoted, which felt like a “dealership tax.” The service department has also been frustrating (call centre not Rashid) — if it’s going to b... read more
