My sister brought a car from this dealership. They showed us where to bring the car in for service's and what to do. They have a bus to drop you off or stay until your car is ready.
Absolutely the worst dealership in Australia, I highly recommend not dealing with these guys
“DO NOT BUY”. Worst Dealership Ever !!!!!! Buy a new car cheaper online Had my MUX for 150 days + No accountability, disgraceful customer service and excuses and shortfalls in warranty and parts. Did you know - they don’t have replacement motors in Australia???? The warranty is a facade, the servicing department is a joke and the management are full of excuses. Do your research…… GO ANYWHERE ELSE - worst experience ever

Very disappointed with my experience at Isuzu Townsville. Was told my new MUX would arrive in 2 weeks, even after changing the colour to suit their stock, but no car and no clear update. I ended up purchasing from Rockhampton instead.
