Did a great job of mould removal and cleaning of my rental property. Will definitely use again.
Service was mould removal. Paid $550.00 for a small area and they spent 2.5 hours in total to do. In my opinion the mould spores may have been removed but black stains are still there. Communication is appalling, they make arrangements to come and don't show up. I wasted 3 days of my time waiting for technicians. The lady who did the job admitted she was not fully trained in mould removal. We asked for a partial reimbursement because the job was not done to our satisfaction and were told no reimbursement.
