Having owned so many vehicles in my over 35 years of driving, never have I had to endure as much BS for warranty repairs as I just endured at Townsville Auto Group, an authorised GWM service centre. I am the proud owner of a Tank 500 Ultra Hybrid and I absolutely love the car. I don't love the driver's seat rubbing against the centre console though, so I informed them about it, in the hope that they can get the approval from GWM and a new seat ordered and replaced. My first service on my haval. Very efficient and kind people down to the courtesy bus. Communicative every step of the way which is what I like . Didn't expect my dirty car to be cleaned, which was a VERY nice surprise. Thank you so much
