What a terrible service. When I asked for a copy of my prescription for my records, they said it was expired and refused to provide it. I indicated I knew it was expired but I wanted a copy for my records and they again refused to provide it. I filed a complaint with the Newfoundland & Labrador College of Optometrists. The business is unaware they can’t refuse access to a persons private medical records when requested by the person who the records are for.
