Lived here nearly 3 years. Apt is cold in the winter, hot in the summer. Maintenance man is always right there and does a great job. Manager is gone some, but that is due to other issues, but does the best she can. The problem lies with the management company - Anderson Crain. Uncaring company. Make sure you have the rent in on time though. Now we are expected to go 10 days without A/C. It's forecast for the 100s. They offered box fans and a small rent reduction. BFD.
