Horrible liars ! How I left my apartment after 3 years stating it was dirty and everything was broken including my floor tiles as you can see nothing broken just normal wear and tear! They lie and charged me 7,000 for the whole apartment to be replaced! Do not trust them ! Extremely high utility bills ! They do inspections on the house throughout the years but never once told me anything was wrong but when I moved out everything was broken including! They are not to be trusted! Lived here nearly 3 years. Apt is cold in the winter, hot in the summer. Maintenance man is always right there and does a great job. Manager is gone some, but that is due to other issues, but does the best she can. The problem lies with the management company - Anderson Crain. Uncaring company. Make sure you have the rent in on time though. Now we are expected to go 10 days without A/C. It's forecast for the 100s. They offered box fans and a small rent reduction. BFD.
