Township Realty was the worst real estate agency that I've ever worked with. I listed my home with them and dealt with Mark Scarpa. He didn't respond to texts, phone calls, didn't show up for scheduled open houses, didn't pass on offers for my home. Plus he was nasty, foul-mouthed, and did things on his own, without consenting me first. I cannot recommend him and would say to avoid him if you are a buyer or seller.
