upstairs neighbors water pouring into my bedroom and the office has no care in the world yet the rent is absurdly expensive when i gotta deal with stuff like this almost monthly, edited because the guy broke my ac when he was cleaning the water up too so i spent a florida summer weekend in a 90 apartment thanks townsgate!

Really love the spacious area And I love how it's super quiet around these apartments.
Lynette was the pinnacle of customer service she answered all my questions and it really was a debate between me and my cousin on where to go. The community is well taken care of too. You can really see the team strives to deliver for their residents. If I’m ever in the market again for an apartment home it’ll be my first stop. Thank you Lynette for a great start to my Saturday morning.
