Crazy go close 🤯🤯🤯
I’ve been living here since August 2023. I started off in a 1/1 for $1,350. It was okay but with no washer/dryer and 660sq ft it was expensive for what I was paying for. Around November I was able to get paperwork to allow me to move to a 2/1 880sq ft. This feels much larger than my previous apartment. Still no washer/dryer. We pay around $1,595. I had high hopes for this place. It's a great location & it has a lot of potential. Unfortunately the property is in poor shape. The grounds are pretty, however they are littered & their is dog poop all over. Previous management ( I say this bc new management toom over shortly after I moved out) was horrible! They ghosted residents calls, treated residents poorly & used any excuse to close early. Edgar with maintenance is the true gem at this property.
