If I could give this business a zero, I would. I have given Tommy my business for the past 4 years or so. The communication is very poor and when asked a simple question, he will lash out like a 10 year old. The last conversation I let him know in a very respectful way, that I would not be using him anymore and his response was, "have a nice life". I want to start off by saying Tommy is a very knowledgeable accountant when it comes to business taxes. He has been filing my taxes for more than 15 years. I have recruited people for this man to help his business grow, with some of those having left as well because they were having problems with him. the last 3 years I have began to have problems with him taking days, and sometimes weeks to respond to an email or text message, and never answering his phone calls.
