Could not be happier with my new roof. Fast, reliable, the clean-up was great. Very professional. I highly recommend Townsend to everyone.
They are a horrible company. They don’t take responsibility for or fix things they do wrong. The roof they did is 10 years old and I am having to have it completely ripped out and redone. They didn’t even care enough to return my calls. Definitely do not recommend!!!!
Chris, Martin, and his team were great. They were responsive, accountable, professional, and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. 7 years after our initial roof install, we reached out to Chris about some very minor roof issues that were flagged by an inspector when we were selling our home. Chris immediately responded and went above and beyond to address the issues at no cost to us. This company truly stands behind their products and services.
Townsend Roofing was upfront and stuck to the price I was quoted and completed the job on time with extreme attention to detail and was very concerned with the cleanup process. They ran a magnet strip multiple times over and over to insure nothing was left behind. Very happy with their work!
