I can't comment on how well she knows or does her job but this is one of the most condescending people I have ever interacted with. If you're looking for someone to work with you in the process of finding a home, look elsewhere. She seems to be used to telling people what to do and getting her way. That doesn't work when I'm the one spending the money and buying the house. What a waste of time.
