Kathy Townsend has been my “property manager” since January 15th, 2025. I’ve so far experienced 4 months without a working dishwasher that was finally replaced and have been subjected to immediate retaliation for requesting simple repairs or replacements including the refrigerator I’ve now been without for more than 2 weeks. Instead of scheduling repairs, she has had her cronies come into my space multiple times without scheduling to have 6 guys repair some carpet, but not the dishwasher. Kathy Townsend and her associates made my home buying experience very pleasant. I was confident in Kathy’s expertise and she was very helpful in navigating a complicated market. Kathy was very attentive in responding to questions and providing useful information both during and after the sale. Her associates were wonderful as well. Highly recommended.
Do not book airbnbs or properties from these people. They will do anything to keep your money and will stop communicating with you. I booked an airbnb with Kathy. Immediately (as in hours!) after booking me and my daughter came down with the flu. At that time one of my friends I was going on my trip with informed me she had a family emergency and no longer could go.
