This company is the worse...go to yelp and see. I owned props they managed in Fayetteville and they only care for mgmt fee...watch out, see reviews on yelp and see.
With great appreciation I would like to acknowledge the excellent professional service from Robert Bunnell. Robert was my agent in selling my 2 investment homes in Fayetteville, and Spring Lake. Robert was timely in responding to all of my concerns, knowledgeable, and efficient. He always kept me informed through the process of the transactions. Robert went above and beyond my expectations.
Be careful with this company. I rented the same home for 3 years. The owner of the home insisted on leaving some of his possessions at the home(As a storage facility). I paid professionals to clean, re-paint and do yardwork before moving out, like I always do. Townsend real estate rental office still kept half of my security deposit. I've rented quite a few homes with PCSing for the military. This home was in rough condition prior to moving in; however, I left it in great condition when I left. My Realtor, Joe Hanley was more than i could have asked for! He gave comfort and reassurance in his professionalism. Making it very easy to reach out to him, ask questions, or get advice in the home buying process. Mr. Hanley continuously went above and beyond what was expected of him as a realtor. Wow where do I start anyone who said selling the house had to be hard never had Joe Hanley as their realtor! He made the process so easy for us and he was always there when I called… Which was a lot because I had a lot of questions this is our first home, our first time selling a house and he was there to answer every question I had no matter when I texted or when I called!!! Joe Hanley help me checked several house and he provided useful information for me about which is good which is bad and finally help me buying a house for renting. I am totally satisfied with the process and recommend him to everyone. Now I am back in China, we still keep communicating in email or Facetime with Joe. I may search for a new house for renting if I still have money in the future.

I went to Fayettvillle today to meet with the realtor who sold my mom's house. Jim, with Townsend Rea Estate. What good customer service!!! He took me into my mom's house to see what renos had been done to it and WOW. I had tried to see it when the new owners were there, but they were transferred and the house is now being rented. Thanks Jim, for everything!
