Dr. Townsend was so great for our daughter. He made us all feel welcome. What can be a scary and emotional process for a young girl, his reassurance and communication with her helped ease her anxieties and she quickly opened up. We did not experience any issues with communication, his office has been great to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Townsend.
Dr Townsend is fantastic but unfortunately his assistant who handles communications seems absent. I have to send several emails over the course of 3+ weeks each time I need something. This has not been a one off and it's extremely frustrating, especially when I am only here because I struggle to keep up with things like this in the first place.
