I purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco and I was very happy with the Customer Service I received throughout the sales process. Kyle the Sales Rep was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He took the time to explain the differences in the vehicles shown to us. Brandon and Steve worked with us with finalizing our purchase, which made the whole process easy and pleasant.

I recently purchased a 2023 F150 XLT and had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Kyle, my sales representative, was incredibly laid-back, honest, and friendly. I bought a new Escape here. Everything went as smoothly as you could ask for. Service is good but slow like most dealerships. There was a minor contract glitch but it was my fault and has been completely fixed. They have a good customer relations person who can help you if there is a problem. I trust them to do the right thing which is important.

All Buyers "BEWARE " I Bought a truck from Townsend Ford, went back for a inspection sticker and witnessed one of there service employee's (Deliberately aggressively beating) on a customers vehicle and then my truck in the parking lot prior to bringing them into the service garage. I followed him into the garage and reported it to a service manager. I almost confronted the employee directly but knew not to, because I was really heated at the time! The service that was provided to me and my husband was amazing. The sales team was honestly so helpful and they had made so many accommodations for me since I work and had little time and I literally needed a car that day and they got me in a car that was way nicer than I would have thought I could afford.The sales team was so respectful and attentive that it made the whole process so easy quick. And I absolutely love my new car!
