I was very confused about something with my contract and did something that negativity impacted me financially. Once I noticed that months later I spoke with Devin and she cleared everything up and refunded part of my last delivery.
After being put through the ringer with some other oil delivery companies, this team has come through for us with prompt and professional service. We just moved to our new home a month ago and we will definitely be sticking with Townsend for the long run. I could barely get a call back from other companies while running low on oil and they onboarded and scheduled delivery for us super fast. Thank you Derek, Walter & Karen!
I have had Townsend Energy for may years and would never switch. I had a gas insert put in my fireplace and the Stove Shop in Epping abandoned me after they received my money but Townsend Energy came through as usual. I highly recommend this company.
Far far higher prices than anyone else. They also let me run out of propane, and when they came to refill, they discovered their tank valve (that they installed) had been leaking for weeks. I was 3 days with no fuel while they figured this out. I am now in the process of switching to a new provider, so I went to "will-call" service until my tanks approach empty. But they still auto delivered more propane anyway, at $1.50/gallon higher than anyone else's price.
Where do I begin. I needed my propane tank moved, I called and spoke to a pleasant lady who put me in touch with Joe. Joe was professional and answered all my questions. He scheduled the tank move around my work schedule. He made sure I was prepared. Superior customer service. Shane showed up a few days later and laid out options for the tank placement.
