My fiancé and I were set to have our townhome built by May. We were several months into the process when it came to check in on the building process. We already designed every feature within the home and paid for all of the upgrades. At this visit we saw that instead of the 4 bedrooms we signed for and paid for in our contract, they built a 3 bedroom townhome. Pros: nice homes/floor plans, relatively good school district (at least from online ratings), great walking areas/amenities inside the community (pool, fire pit, cabana) Cons: too isolated, community is in between industrial facilities on both sides, too much noise from nearby train tracks and airport
