I have to say Ben is amazing at what he does. He listens to what you have going on and treats you according to your body and his expertise. I am someone who hates needles and I show up every week because it works!! Thank you, Ben, for being patient with me, and helping me on my journey.

I’ve been going to Ben now for several months. I was experiencing a chronic shoulder pain. Traditional medicine could only offer me a cortisone shot (a band aid at best). Since having acupuncture the problem has almost completely subsided and I am back to normal activity again.

I highly recommend Townsend Acupuncture. For years I tried everything else (physical therapy, chiropractor, medication) for my chronic pain until I finally tried acupuncture. I am sorry I waited so long! Ben is very professional and caring. He resolved my shoulder, leg, and back pain. I like the fact that he treats the whole person, not just the painful body part. In addition, he suggests different foods and supplements for overall health. Don't wait as long as I did to give acupuncture a try!
