I can honestly we were very pleased with sales rep, Jared! He was supportive and knowledgeable from start to finish. We have lived in Trailside for almost year and enjoy our neighborhood. We did have some large repairs a few months in due to plumbing issues but all was worked out and made brand new again. Things happen but DR Horton made it right and we are pleased with how things turned out.
