Staff is so friendly and always helpful
Recently switched over from another pharmacy. Correct decision. Really great proactive staff!! They give personal attention. Would highly recommend.
Staff is a lot friendlier then when I first started coming in. Originally was very transactional and difficult to understand, but recently they have been friendlier & better with communication.
Charlie is the best! I don’t usually do reviews but I just had to because I mean what I am saying in that he genuinely cares about the people he takes care of, not just another customer! He will brighten your day and take a second to say hi and see how you are, it’s the little things and that’s Charlie!
I am so grateful that we switched our pharmacy to Townline IDA. The staff there go above and beyond --- they are friendly, efficient, and their hours are great! In addition, Patrick and Charlie are very knowledgeable and helpful. One thing i really appreciate about them is that my prescriptions will renew without me needing to call it in! It just takes one more thing off of my to-do list!
