I heard rave reviews about this dental office so when my son had a dental emergency I told him to call. The receptionist was so incredibly rude! He asked if there was any appointments available today and she immediately responded "No we have nothing". So he asked if there were appointments available any other times and she said "I already told you NO!". Very unfortunate. We won't be giving it a second chance here. I hope the owners see this and reign in their pretentious staff.
I’m so thankful for Dr. Mavi and the staff here. The care and skill are on a level that I have not experienced before.
Five stars doesn’t even do them justice! Townline dental is the best experience I have had along with my daughter, the dentist was so patient and made sure we were so comfortable as both my daughter and I have had bad experiences elsewhere. I needed work done on a tooth which was fractured and she gave me all my options, we tried one & it worked a short time (which she explained) the wonderful staff got me back in for an appointment to take the next step that was a root canal, it was nothing like what I thought it would be, ... read more
