I have lived many places, but this community stands above the rest. I knew the staff on a first name basis and they were incredibly friendly. If ever there wad a problem (and there rarely were) they were always addressed and dealt with promptly. Our neighbors were very pleasant on all sides, and the area felt very safe to be in. It has the feel of a gated community without the price of one. 10/10 if I ever move back to saginaw I will live there again.
They don't fix anything! They steal my kids toys, refusing to fix any damages that the previous slobs left. If the floor caves in they'll have one hell of a lawsuit😡😡

Apartments are very roomy and nice. Well maintained. As everywhere there are always a neighbor that thinks she owns the building. Adult bullies. Management is very helpful and fair.
IT IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT!! I love living here. I have lots of respect for our new Office Team. And I have many friends whom I love that live here also
