Unethical regarding deposits I lived at 2135 Dryden for 3 years. The house appeared charming, but was old and falling apart. Of my $2000 deposit, only $600 was returned. I was charged for excessive wear and tear despite the owner and manager never fixing the multitude of problems. Quite possibly the rudest pharmacist on Earth When my premature daughter was being prepared for discharge from the NICU, I had to have a few prescriptions filled at a compounding pharmacy. The discharge nurse recommended Southside, as they delivered to the hospital. When I called to discuss insurance payments with the pharmacist, I was appalled. He was so incredibly rude. Helpful, kind agents These real estate agents care about their clients. They manage several apartment properties, and when the tenants have complaints, they listen and fix the problems. They are kind and truly want to see you happy with buying & selling your home. I highly recommend them. Their office is small, but it is in a very nice area and it is easy to park there.
