They told me my move-in date was July. After I handed in the security deposit, they all the sudden changed the move-in date to the very end of August. Since I already started the move-out process at my previous apartment, this has resulted in me being forced out of my apartment with nowhere to go. They are also refusing to refund my security deposit even though I haven't signed any lease. The only thing I've signed is the application.
