Stayed overnight midweek and cannot find anything negative. Yes, it’s a little dated, but the water pressure is good, water hot, plenty of towel, face washers etc. Also good supply of tea coffee sugar and milk. There are a few weeds in the driveway, but based where I stayed in room 5, it had a comfortable bed, decent pillows and the bathroom was clean. Located in the town centre with little traffic noise. Plenty of eateries around - pub almost opposite does great grub I’d definitely stay again. Mobility access limited

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. The pool was a pleasant surprise. Overall effect is a bit dated and dingy. So sad that the gardens are so neglected.

Last night I checked into this hotel and noticed there was stains that seem to be unrine and blood in 2 separate in a so called “cleaned” room. I used a different blanket for the night then used the toilet in the morning then found it out was cracked and un clean. I proceeded to work then called the receptionist at 11 oclock on my break. I politely stated I would like the bed sheets changed before I got back then got verbally abused by the receptionist and was told “ it’s not my fault, that is the cleaner/house keepers fault... read more

Decent inexpensive accommodation centrally located. If you're looking for something flash you'll be disappointed. Stayed here twice and no real complaints would stay here again. In fact, stayed here a third time and updated this review.

Rooms are older and in need of an update but the staff was helpful, the pool was great and it was in a great location
