First they say they inspect and maintain the townhomes. Not true within the first few weeks I discovered many long standing water leaks and a mold infestation. When I wiped my windows off a black soot was on the inside of all my windows, I've never seen anything like it. Felt sick all the time. When I found some of the water leaks and contacted the office and management company they lied to me and said there was no problem.
