DON'T BOTHER APPLYING! The unreliable management staff will mislead you on and on and ask you to pay this and pay that and act like they're working to approve you when in reality they're lying to you to get money out of you that you'll never get back and they still won't approve you. I applied back in April and they JUST sent my declined email today, November 1. They don't communicate well or have a sense of urgency AT ALL. The location isn't good either. Read the negative reviews and don't waste your time with these people.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY HERE THEY SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY ! They make you pay administrative fees, application fee and part of your deposit ( this my first time hearing of this ) to deny you the next day with asking for any documents. Then refund you just the deposit. they make you pay all this money so they can keep when you get denied.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY HERE!! I applied here on the 4th & got denied on the 7th without them asking for any proof of income. Nonetheless that’s not the issue I have I’ve paid over $400 to apply and was told I will receive a link to refund me the money I paid in 3-5 days. It’s been well over 5 days and I still haven’t received the link. I lived here for over 2 years. After the first year, the price of our rent went up a couple of hundred of dollars and I accepted that as the rent prices overall went up more during that year. However, when we got the second lease renewal letter, the price was still the same. The issue I had is that looking online at their website, the price for the exact same layout in the exact same building was almost $700 cheaper per month than what they were trying to charge me.
