I love Townhouse Atlanta . I have lived here for 10 years ( the OG of Townhouse ATL). What keeps me here is the location and the the distance to my employment. The leasing office Jasmine, Keosha and Mitch awesome. Mitch does a little of everything 🤣 . I believe in letting people know when their actions don’t go unnoticed. Thank you Mitch and to the rest of the team at Townhouse Atlanta

Rat infested hell! When you leave the lobby, Look at all the holes in the ground near the trash. Just as many rats in the management office too! It makes so much sense that there’s so many empty apartments and units.

SO MANY RATS LIVE ON PROPERTY ITS DISGUSTING!!! DOZENS BOROUGH RIGHT BY THE DUMPSTER IN FRONT OF LEASING. ALMOST THE SIZE OF A ACTUAL CAT.

I’ve been enjoying Townhouse Atlanta for the most part. It’s extremely clean, safe, and quiet. The staff is friendly and pleasant as well. Prices are also reasonable for the location and accommodations as far as Atlanta housing goes. However, maintenance is slow to respond to requests and it becomes increasingly frustrating each time I find I need them. I understand staff shortages but it definitely negatively impacts the quality of living here.

The leasing office staff here are outstanding. Having a townhouse, garage and gates for this price is great, but it's them who really make us want to stay here. Inconveniences rarely happen here but are inevitable in any apartment, so it's really nice knowing that we can count on them to actually care when something does happen. The manager, Jasmine and assistant manager Keosha are so personable and professional. They clearly want their residents to feel safe and comfortable and will do what is needed to accomplish that.
