The leasing office staff here are outstanding. Having a townhouse, garage and gates for this price is great, but it's them who really make us want to stay here. Inconveniences rarely happen here but are inevitable in any apartment, so it's really nice knowing that we can count on them to actually care when something does happen. My lease is ending soon, so I’ve been touring a lot of communities, and Town House Atlanta really stood out! I love that it’s gated and feels like a true neighborhood in the middle of the city. The grounds were clean and well maintained, and the location between downtown and midtown is perfect. Close to everything, but still feels tucked away. These folks will not respond to anything. Phone calls, emails… weeks and weeks… doesn’t matter. They will dodge you like the plague. I’m not sure how you run a business like this.
I toured the community and was thoroughly impressed!! The office staff was very professional. Jules, from the maintenance team, was very helpful and polite.
MOLD & BAD MANAGEMENT I lived in unit 710 from January 2022 to July 2025, and I had to move unexpectedly earlier this summer due to a complete lack of care and accountability from management following a flood and subsequent mold infestation.Management was aware of the flood and mold and failed to properly remediate. My pet and I got sick, and my personal property was irreparably damaged due to continuous mold growth.
