If you want cockroaches and awful management, pick this place. This apartment complex is in an unsafe neighborhood and packages seem to always get stolen or placed in the wrong spot. Rent may look good here, but that’s FOR A REASON. Look elsewhere, lots of hidden fees in rent, no communication from management, and apartment will for sure have something wrong with it.

While this apartment location is great, I did not enjoy my experience and opted to not resign my lease. The biggest pain point was maintenance and our AC. The team is slow respond to requests, requiring constant follow up to get an update / resolution. We received a $422 electric bill as a result of their lack of communication and general urgency as our AC could not cool properly. Definitely room for improvement when it comes to the living experience!

I love Townhouse Atlanta . I have lived here for 10 years ( the OG of Townhouse ATL). What keeps me here is the location and the the distance to my employment. The leasing office Jasmine, Keosha and Mitch awesome. Mitch does a little of everything 🤣 . I believe in letting people know when their actions don’t go unnoticed. Thank you Mitch and to the rest of the team at Townhouse Atlanta

Rat infested hell! When you leave the lobby, Look at all the holes in the ground near the trash. Just as many rats in the management office too! It makes so much sense that there’s so many empty apartments and units.

SO MANY RATS LIVE ON PROPERTY ITS DISGUSTING!!! DOZENS BOROUGH RIGHT BY THE DUMPSTER IN FRONT OF LEASING. ALMOST THE SIZE OF A ACTUAL CAT.
