I've lived at Townhomes On The Park for 10 years. I love my apartment, the staff, and the people that live here are all very friendly. The complex has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, a gym, tennis courts. You have assigned parking spots, so you're not scrambling around looking where to park. My one bedroom is the smallest unit they offer and it's huge.. a little under 700 sq feet.... the apt comes with your own w/d, the bedroom is HUGE, the patio is huge AND has it's own entry way. Don’t move here. It’s awful after Alexis left, Gabriella is rude, yells at you, doesn’t keep appointments SHE put in place and then doesn’t communicate with you and the moment you try to say something to her about it she yells at you and says “I’m not waisting anyone’s time because you don’t have a job right now you’re free whenever because you’re not working” and the when you try to explain why your time is valuable it’s “you ALWAYS use that as an excuse.” She refuses to send pest control out to deal with the ants, sewer ro... read more
I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The staff is friendly and always helpful, and maintenance is quick and reliable whenever needed. It’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, and I’m really happy with my time here.
I genuinely enjoy and LOVE living at Townhomes on the Park, and overall, it has been a very positive place to call home. The location is fabulous, the community is calm and welcoming, and my neighbors are kind and respectful, which truly makes everyday life here pleasant and comfortable. I want to especially recognize Jesus from the maintenance team — he has been absolutely exceptional since day one. His attention to detail, care, and professionalism truly stand out.
