My son just moved in to this complex. The office staff, Alexis, has been incredibly helpful and patient through this process. While the complex is a little dated compared to some of the other apartment complexes in the area. The quality of the apartments and the care that they take to maintain The standards while also responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner have been super appreciated. They have since repaired the pool and tennis courts. It is located in a very good location that will only get better with the completion of the new shops and upscale apartments on the old Paradise Valley Mall site. Give it a chance!
I've lived here a year. Very safe, quit, clean, and spacious apartments. I love it here
Location is great, but amenities, maintenance and other service levels are not. The "lusciousness" of the landscaping and other facility descriptions are extremely exaggerated.
We've lived here for 2 years. The management and maintenance folks have always been very kind and efficient. We feel safe here, it's convenient to absolutely everything and we plan to remain as tenants. It's home.
