If I would have done this survey a month ago I would have given them a 4.5 or 5/5. Great place to live. Awesome neighbors. The townhouses are up to date and really one of the better deals in the QC area. My issue and why they got a 2: The put a cleaning charge of $35 per hour in the lease. They told me during my walk through that everything was fine and there’d be no additional fees. I got my deposit back and they charged me for 3 hours of work (cleaning, painting, touch ups, etc). My husband and I just bought a home and ended our lease with Blackhawk Landing after 2.5 years. My husband graduated from grad school and began his career, I ended my career in the military and started a new job, and we got engaged and married all while living at Blackhawk Landing. This place will always hold such a special place in our hearts and we can't thank the owners/staff enough for being so responsive and supportive during our time here. It was a great place moving in, we had a bunch of maintenance orders to start. Which were taken care of. Couple months in there were black like tar I noticed from all three toilets. I let the owner know he said there was no issues. I had the water company test the water it was ok, they said the pipes needed flush, which the owner never responded. There was a leak in upstairs shower which inconvenience us again but no accountability again. It's like they were always inconvenience us. I was there 10 months had to relocate with... read more
