Excellent Experience Townhomes of Caswell is fantastic! The units are very modern and well appointed. The location is AMAZING as it's right near M59 and not far from I-75. The grounds are beautiful and it's adjacent to the Caswell Town Center shopping center so I can walk to Starbucks every morning for coffee! Management and maintenance are attentive - no complaints here!
Management (regional) and maintenance Poor service with the higher management and supervising maintenance; they partially fix items or / and try to avoid replacing or fixing items so they can save money. They have poor communication.
