Worst place I have ever lived. HOA out of control with so much in fighting they had to bring in police to board meetings. Special assessments contribute to I'll will with residents. This is why they are the lowest price per Sq foot in Mount Pleasant. Also, poorly built with lots of plumbing, structural issues an termite problems.
