This company is unprofessional. I am still waiting to fix the inside and outside of the property. They do not answer emails and they like to play the game “We are having problems with the emails”.
Beautifully built homes. We walked several models at the Family Home Center in Lake City, FL and they were well past what I expected in a manufactured home. The build quality is top notch too with 2x6 exterior walls!
Absolutely horrible experience. I've owned my house for 6 years, and just recently got rid of it. The entire floor needed replacement due to water damage. The roof leaked, resulting in a mold issue. After numerous attempts to get the home repaired, I was told that the water damage was caused by rodents. Nothing was ever fixed, the factory rep just patched the problem.
