We lived at the silos for 2 years. The grounds were always pretty clean and well kept. However, management isn’t too easy to work with. They quite literally will never answer the phone to speak with you. They are slow to get back via email and email sometimes just makes things more complicated, especially if anything is misunderstood. AS DISHONEST AS IT GETS, DO NOT RENT HERE. I never leave negative reviews but feel compelled to warn others of this ridiculously dishonest company. DO NOT RENT HERE. I rented here for about 3 years, I was the first tenant in my place and paid $1700 in a deposit. I just got $130 back after hiring a cleaning crew to make sure it was spotless before I departed. Despite all of this, I was charged $450 in cleaning fees and nearly $800 in apartment damages. They do not provide you with any sort of explanation of what was “damaged”... read more
LITERALLY RENT FROM ANYONE ELSE Listen to all of the bad reviews and know that while the company may have been alright a few years ago, they are far from it now. If you decide you have no other options (I promise you, you do) and end up renting any of their properties, make sure you don't discuss anything over the phone. Have email, written or text proof of all communications. They go through employees faster than Costco went through toilet paper during COVID. We love our unit, our friendly neighbors and area of town that we live in. However, we are saddened by the lack of communication from our new property manager, we simply need help from our PM. It took three weeks to get a renewal going (they gave it to us late, with an increase in rent...even though we are required to give them a 30 day notice to vacate, pretty lame.) The renewal they sent us has errors on our personal info, we have asked for it to be corrected...it has been another week with no response from our actual PM. ... read more
