The management at Townhomes at the Silo is amazing. Darin has been so helpful and supportive since the day we’ve moved in. We have come to her for many different question throughout living here and she always responds immediately and is so kind. Darin was so nice and went out of her way to take videos and pictures of our townhomes before moving in since I was not able to see it in person before moving from Hawaii. Highly recommend her and our apartment :)
I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the lack of communication from property management. I have sent 4 emails about rent price and didn’t receive a single response. When we moved into our unit August 2023, rent for the 3 bed 2.5 bath was $1900. A few weeks before renewing our lease, I noticed rent was dropped to $1800. I reached out about the possibility of lowering our new lease to what they advertise. I received no response, so I followed up a week later. Update: I had the pleasure of receiving a call from Cory Gunderson (Bella Gunderson) at my place of business today 2/14. Cory is upset that I provided my experience when I moved to Boise to find a home. He then felt the need to reach out to me while at work by googling my name and harass me regarding my review. This is a long review but it could be insightful for prospective tenants. -- September 2024 they lowered the rent back down to $1,550 and $1,700, during the time they increased the price, many units sat there empty. As of February 2025, the prices have not gone up again. --- August 2024: I am extremely sad to see that we have only been there three months and the rent for new available units has already gone up another $100.
