The office staff will push you off when there is a major concern keep telling you they will call you back and never do. Maintenance doesn’t know what they’re doing. They will damage your furniture and the company doesn’t pay for it to be replaced. They damaged my furniture after having purchased it for only 2 weeks. The manager said it’s my word against theirs. RecommendedI have lived here for 10 years. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Maintenance personnel are outstanding. I put in a work request Sunday and they were here by 9:30am to handle my request. Wouldn't live anywhere else.
Love the new place. Been here for a week and we are enjoying the quite and enjoying the stores that are close by. Getting use to the neighbors. As the same for Tucker

This place is affordable and not to rowdy, close to schools and shopping.
I've lived here for over 5 years. It's super affordable and close to EVERYTHING! Walking distance from Target! Elementary school across the street is wonderful, my son loves it there. Bus stop like 2 blocks away. It's a quiet neighborhood and they keep the grounds clean. They're pretty old townhomes, so appliances are outdated and there's no washer and dryer, but it's really no big deal. Local laundromat has pick up and delivery service. Best bang for your buck ! Grounds are kept up immaculate. Rental office is more than helpful when assistance is needed. Maintenance is on point. Near everything.
I was in love with these cute little townhomes when I came to visit the property months ago. I've been here a short time but my family really loves it here! Danora and Jessica have really made us feel welcome moving into this community and I couldn't be happier!!!
The maintenance man Polio or something that starts with a P is such a nice guy. Everytime he comes around he'll always say hi to my kids. The other day he was bouncing the basketball with my 4 year old son!
