No show They only allow u to submit a review if it’s high starts so ignore that but I Booked a tour here, when we arrived no one was there, the lights were out, curtains were pulled down and closed so you can’t see in the offfice, it was 100 degrees outside so we waited in the gym that’s next to the leasing office which you can access with no problem with no key or anything, it was extremely dirty. New management is the worst! This was a really nice community to live in, but new management are never at the office, they don’t answer phone calls or say they’re going to fix things and you keep waiting and waiting and nothing. They don’t care at all about their tenants just the money.
Don’t Rent Here / Employees in Leasing Office are RUDE. The community amenities and apartment amenities are not accurate at this time. Owner is advertising amenities before installing them. There is no sauna or playground. Trash is definitely not included as an amenity. Leasing staff has yet to work a full day as stated by their hours of operation. There is no onsite maintenance. New management ruined a good place New management took over in December and things are terrible. There’s never anyone in the office and the property is not cared for. Trash all over the place and can’t get anyone for maintenance to help. Increased prices yet the management running this place is terrible just collecting checks but not fixing anything

Lovely Community! Working in property management makes me a stickler for things that the average eye cannot pick up on. Jessica has been nothing short of amazing. Whenever I have an issue, which is seldom... she gets back to me as soon as possible with a concrete answer. She wastes no time with ensuring my home is in tip top shape and treats it like her own. I love living here! I absolutely love living at Rivers Crossing — Rivers crossing is overall a great place to live. I've never had a group of neighbors that i've bonded with where they actually feel like family over neighbors. Jessica has helped me and my significant other a tremendous amount throughout the years we've been residents.

Best decision we made This was the best decision we could have ever made. The community is nice and quiet, we have an on-site gym that my husband and I use daily. We simply love the staff, Jessica is so helpful and all the maintenance people are really nice and helpful as well. The grounds are kept impeccable and anything we have needed has been handled.

Awesome living The town homes of rivers crossing is a awesome and convenient place to live. It is peaceful, quiet and clean. Management is friendly and maintenance is prompt. The onsite gym facilities knocks this property out of the park for me. If shopping is your thing there are many grocery stores and various other stores. The interstate is not located far away. I love my new home.
