I lived here for 8 years dont believe the paid 5 start reviews. If you like high turn over on management, overflowing trash, loud music all hours of the night, multiple police cars at a time, the smell of weed and the sound of roaches this place is for you. But wait it gets better.. once your leave bc they refused to fix a 2 year roof leak correctly they bend you over and send a bill. I recommend skipping this place and pitching a tend in the middle of downtown harrisburg.
I was really impressed with the layout of the townhomes at this community. The property manager, Jess, truly stood out with her professionalism and the way she explained how this location would be a great fit for me and my son. I left feeling much more confident about my decision, and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a place to call home speak with Jess and visit this property.
I lived here with my boyfriend when there was a leaking ceiling for over 2 years that never got fixed. The leaking got so bad that actual black colored mold came through the ceiling in the master bedroom. A mold test was performed through a local company that came back positive for mold. The test and pictures were sent to the office. Nothing was ever done about the mold and this mold stain and the leaking continued for another 6 months until we moved out.
