Lived in this property for a year, very well maintained inside and out!
The tour was well-organized, Jessica was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout.
Stay far away from MMG. Issues since the day we moved in. Door was wide open, both toilets and water heater leaking. Took a month to get our washer and dryer. When we moved in a brand new property manager had started and was fired within a couple months. In under 3 years we’re on our 7th I believe. Hard to tell because you don’t even get notified and half the emails that come through don’t have a name on them so you might as well have an AI property manager.
