The staff at Townhomes are great. I had a package arriving and couldn’t sign for it so the manager Asia was able to ensure it was safe and sound for me. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciate that. Living here has been great.
Good and fast service very polite
These people should take a toaster bath, it would be more effective than any service they provide. Broken appliances, broken entry gates, everything is disgusting, no parking, no regard for the people living here, zero safety. If you're considering moving in think again.
We sold our home and house painting business in Moon Valley to my business partner, and are entering early retirement, after 15 years of home remodeling and neighborhood activities, we just wanted to relax. I found the Townhomes at Biltmore, took at very nice tour with manager Amber, and now we live in a peaceful, ficus tree covered oasis, in the heart of the Biltmore corridor,.
