The lock on the laundry room has been broken for 2 months. So they're painting it, but you can't open the door to do laundry. Common sense is not common. The girl in the office is clueless. I have called, sent an email and it's still not fixed I know I'm not the first resident to report it. .Nice apartments but this is ridiculous. This is why I pay the rent at 4:55 pm on the 5th.

The worst customer service ever, when someone pays money for a service it should be done, personal feelings and personal prejudice should not be involved in them doing the job. When someone applies for a place a good business practice would be to contact the person and speak with the person not just take their money and not communicate with them. Worst customer service. I applied and paid $300 plus to apply.i waited for 5 days with no response. I finally got in touch with someone and was told that the apartment I paid $200 to hold was unavailable but they would have someone call me back. NO ONE CALLED. I called again the next day and was told again that someone would call me back. NO ONE CALLED . Another day passes and I call back again and guess what? I was told that someone would call me back. I live here, and my car was broken into. Not only did security ignore my broken into car. They did not file a report even though the security officer said they did. He lied he works for arcadia security. Then townhome villas chose not to do anything. They failed to keep the property secured and after knowing that the main gate was broken.
