Our complex lit on fire in July 2024 and do you know what the property management company did about it? They raised the rent and threatened to evict anyone who used split payments instead of paying in full. Westland Real Estate are greedy slumlords who bought all of the affordable housing in Vegas so they could run a monopoly on the poor and gouge prices to their heart's content. It could be better upgrades are needed. It's kinda shoddy in the area but if you've ever lived in big cities then you have nothing to worry about. Their apartments are huge. And it quiet inside for living. Just do as most normal people do mind your business leave people alone don't be Karen and Bill you'll get along and will be safe. There is also a nice pool here. It's walking distance to shopping and all the attractions in the strip.
Office staff is rude. They changed policies to suit them not the tenant. Paint is peeling in my tub. Dog shit is everywhere on the property. Can't access mailbox. Always some drama here. But yet they try to raise the rent and lie that sent notices or made repairs But didn't Can't wait to move out !!!!
My friend just moved into an apartment here a few weeks ago at this location. Honestly, this apartment is a complete joke. I have no idea why she was so easily willing to move into the place. There's no way in hell that any landlord could possibly think the apartment was rentable. I've never seen a property more unprepared for a renter. Bug infested, maintenance does not fix anything but will email you saying they finished, break ins off an on, office constantly over charging, etc
