I rented from them for six months. I had no problems with the manager or maintenance. I was told up front about pest control, and about deposit return policy, it is even underlined in the lease I signed. The townhome was clean and the flooring was all new when I moved in. I do know that in the last two years they have new management that apparently is a huge improvement to the years before. I would not even consider this property company again. Lived in a house that was over priced. They took forever to repair or replace anything and they did their best to do the cheapest job possible. The house became infested with rats at the end of our lease and they flat out told me it was not their problem! Decided to move out at the END of the lease and they still kept the deposit because we did not give a 30 day notice! I would advise that you rent property from someone else. The woman who rents these apartments will find any and every excuse to take your entire deposit, which is one month's rent. The apartments had to be cleaned when we first moved in, and they were much cleaner when we left. 3rd & Bourbon Street Apartments, specifically, are overpriced, at $525 a month.
