Completely awful customer service, when you sign up for swim classes and are constantly cancelled due to the weather there is no way to get a refund or re-schedule for a future date. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and not trying to be helpful whatsoever. It’s sad that when you choose a community pool and something that is part of being a pines resident instead of going the private business route this is the type of treatment you receive.
